ALTERNATIVE METHOD TO LOGIN

(Note: If you experience issues with this website, please follow the instructions below to login using Free FileZilla FTP client. You can also use any other FTP client of your choice.)
  1. Download & install FileZilla FTP client from FileZilla Website
  2. Once installed, open FTP client and use the following information to connect:
    • Host: ftp.divmedia.net (You can also use the IP address here instead. Our IP is 24.104.43.13)
    • Username: Use the username provided to you by DMG
    • Password: Use the password provided to you by DMG
    • Port: Leave blank

How to use Secure File Transfer (Optional):

If you would like to use secure FTP file transfer, please replace the Host name in FileZilla with one of the following addresses:
  • sftp://ftp.divmedia.net
  • ftps://ftp.divmedia.net

If you are having issues uploading/downloading files, and you have tried the alternative method provided above to transfer files but are unsuccessful, please reach out to your DMG contact and make sure to provide the following information to speed up resolution:
  1. Which of the following methods are you using to upload/download?
    • This Website
    • FileZilla FTP Client
    • Other method (Please specify)
  2. If you are having issues with this website, please provide the name and version of your web browser. For example, if you are using Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer, please specify and provide browser version if possible.
  3. Please provide your IP address. You can go to http://whatismyip.com to get your current IP address. The IP address is required to make sure your IP is not blocked by our firewalls.
  4. Please explain your issue in detail. Make sure to provide all of the following in your support request:
    • What kind of issue are you having?
    • Can you provide a screenshot of the error message?
    • What kind of files are you transferring?
    • What is the date and time of your issue?
